Industrial epoxy flooring for light to heavy industrial use, installed by trained, certified crews.
Denver, Colorado Springs and the Front Range
Industrial epoxy flooring from Western Concrete Coatings handles light to heavy industrial use, from chemical, abrasion and impact resistance to waterproofing and slip resistance. As trained, certified installers, we evaluate the concrete and the jobsite, then choose the prep and system that perform best. Installed and maintained properly, these floors last many years in extreme conditions.
A failed floor can fail an EPA, FDA or USDA inspection. Use a contractor who has installed these floors in many situations and knows which system to recommend.
At a road maintenance facility in use for decades, salt and chemicals had corroded the concrete. Removing failed areas revealed large voids, which we filled with resinous mortar. We coated the floor with 1/4 inch urethane cement and a topcoat, and it has held up under heavy trucks and constant chemical exposure.
Chemical exposure destroyed the coatings and concrete in a gold mine secondary containment area, and the facility failed an EPA inspection over possible ground contamination. We repaired the concrete with urethane cement, then installed novolac epoxy and vinyl ester coatings, which resist high concentrate acids and caustics. Western Concrete Coatings is MSHA certified to work in mines.

We often waterproof upper-level mechanical rooms so a leak does not flood the floors below. A flexible membrane with an integral cove base keeps water in the room.
Industrial floor coatings shield the substrate from extreme exposure, heavy traffic, shop use and chemicals. They also keep the floor cleanable and support your safety protocols.
